Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Adisa Farms, Sri Krishna Sadan H.No. 45 Sai Nagar Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to www.adisafarms.com, accessible from https://adisafarms.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Refund/Replacement Rights

Adisa has a no questions asked replacement policy on few products subject to few conditions as detailed below. The conditions may be changed by the Company as when it deems fit.

  1. Milk is spoiled on Boiling:
  2. The replacement/refund will be processed only if the customer reports the issue on the same day within 1 hour of delivery time. At Adisa Farms milk is tested at every touch point and even before dispatching for delivery.

    No complaint regarding Milk spoilage will be accepted after 9 AM. If in any case the delivery is after 9 AM. We will take responsibility only upto one hour from the time of delivery.

    Considering the Milk we supply is pure without any preservatives it is expected that our customers boil the milk as soon as it is received.

  3. We did not deliver Milk/any other product due to unavoidable circumstances:
  4. At Adisa we try to deliver every order that we receive with atmost care and efficiency. Any orders that could not be delivered as per delivery schedule will be rescheduled to be delivered later.

    In case Company fails to deliver the products within 7 days from the day of ordered placement, refund will be provided for such orders. Refund will be processed from the 8th day and may take upto 7 working days to be completed. Refund will processed through the same method of payment as opted by Customer while making the payment or as per the convenience of the Company.

  5. Wrong product being delivered:
  6. In case a wrong product is delivered to customer the difference amount will be credited to customers wallet, provided the case is reported within 6 hours from the time of actual delivery.

Your Order change Rights

One time Orders Can be rescheduled and from the APP/Website as per customer convenience.

Subscription s placed can be changed anytime from the APP/Website. The changes allowed are limited to options to select the frequency of delivery, schedule of delivery, quantity per delivery and delivery days; Subject to the subscription products are consumed within the time period for which the subscription is valid.

Product change is not allowed both in case of One time order and subscription order.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

One time orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. All our products are made fresh and are preservatives free, hence no order cancellation is allowed in this case.

Subscription orders cannot be canceled once the subscription order is placed in system.

Pls find below few cases listed on cancellation and Refund policy:

Cancellation of subscription:

  1. Subscriptions once placed cannot be cancelled in general. Under special conditions the subscriptions may be allowed to be canceled only at the discretion of the company.

    In such cases subscription will be allowed to be cancelled only post the initial trial/lock in period as may be defined from time to time.

    Cancellation of subscription mid way will call for withdrawal of all discounts and benefits that have been offered/included explicitly/implicitly on taking/ordering of the subscription. All such amount would be deducted from the subscription before being reconciled. Moreover a cancellation fee will also be applicable in case of subscription cancellations, which will be defined by the Company from time to time. Decision by the company in this regard will be deemed final and is binding on the customer.

  2. Trail subscriptions of milk or any other products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. The trial subscriptions will be defined by the Company as per business needs.

  3. In case of approved cancellations amount post removal of all offers, discounts and deduction of cancellation fee will be credited to customers Adisa Wallet only. No other forms of refunds are possible or will be entertained.

Conditions for Returns

Goods once delivered by ADISA cannot be returned under any circumstances. All our products are fresh and preservative free, hence no return is possible in any case of successful delivery of goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise and Companys decision in this regard is final and binding on the customer.
